Port of Sanford, Florida Marina The Boat Tree Marina is a one-of–a-kind boating experience located at the Port of Sanford directly on the beautiful St. Johns River at I-4 Exit #104. Our Marina is proud to offer 245 wet slips, 400 dry storage spaces, boat rentals, fuel dock (with non-ethanol fuel), pump out station, laundry facilities, private showers, ship store, Captain's Cove Restaurant and Poolside Bar, deli, hair and nail salon and much more! We even meet the strict standards from the Florida department of Environmental Protection to be a Certified Clean Marina.
